Citrus Chicken and Rice Teriyaki

Citrus Chicken and Rice Teriyaki
Ingredients Measure
Chicken breast halves 4
Teriyaki sauce,low-sodium ⅓ cup
Teriyaki sauce,low-sodium 3 tablespoon
Peanut oil 2 tablespoon
Sesame seeds ½ teaspoon
Ginger,ground ½ teaspoon
Walnuts,chopped ½ cup
Rice,long-grain,cooked 1 cup
Orange,peeled & sectioned 1
Lemon, sliced ½

Preparation

  1. Combine chicken and 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce in bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  3. Drain chicken; slice into thin strips.
  4. Stir-fry chicken in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Add sesame seeds, ginger, walnuts, 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and rice; stir-fry to heat through.
  6. Add orange and lemon.
  7. Serve.
