Citrus-Wine Chicken

Citrus-Wine Chicken
Ingredients Measure
Frying Chicken, Skinned & 1
Cut Up (Less Calories When skinned)  
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Pepper ¼ teaspoon
Onion Powder ¼ teaspoon
Paprika ¼ tablespoon
Oleo, Diet 1 tablespoon
Orange Juice 1 cup
White Wine 1 cup
Worcestershire Sauce 1 teaspoon
Garlic Minced 1 clove
Cornstarch 2 tablespoon
Water ¼ cup
Packets Equal 3

Preparation

  1. Lightly Sprinkle Chicken Pieces With Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder & Paprika.
  2. Place Chicken in Non Stick Shallow Casserole.
  3. Melt Oleo.
  4. Brush Chicken Pieces.
  5. Bake At 375 For 40 Minutes.
  6. Combine Juice, Wine, Worcestershire Sauce & Garlic.
  7. Pour Over Chicken.
  8. Cover & Bake 20 Min. OR Until Tender.
  9. Remove Chicken.
  10. Combine Cornstarch & Water.
  11. Add To Pan Juices.
  12. Cook Over Medium Heat, Stirring Constantly Until Thickened.
  13. Remove From Heat.
  14. Stir in Equal.
  15. Serve Sauce Over Chicken.
