Citrus Trout Delight
Ingredients Measure
Trout, cleaned. 2 medium
Salt ¼ tablespoon
Onion, sliced into rings 1 orange 1 medium
Dry white wine ⅓ cup
Lemons l/4 tbs pepper

Preparation

  1. Rub trout inside and outside with ¼ cut lemon.
  2. Season trout inside and out with salt and pepper.
  3. Place onion in bottom of casserole and put trout on top of onion.
  4. Spread grapefruit sections around trout.
  5. Squeeze orange and lemon juice on trout.
  6. Pour wine in casserole.
  7. Cover casserole in aluminum foil and bake at 450 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
